BOURNEMOUTH went top of the league following a dominant 49-7 victory against Royal Wooton Bassett on the opening day of the season.
A brace of tries from forward Ryan Morrell, along with scores from Josh Wickens, Tom Napier and Jordie Wayman, meant it was a routine bonus-point victory for the hosts.
The visitors failed to lay a glove on the rampant hosts in a convincing display.
In second place in the early standings are Maidenhead, who were good value for their comfortable 56-17 win against London Welsh on home turf.
