NATIONAL 2 West side Clifton made a victorious start to their pre-season campaign as they scored six tries to sweep aside National 1 outfit Taunton.
The home side made a fast start and were ahead early on through Alex Kilbane’s try which was followed by Zak Hamid’s touchdown.
Taunton hit back as Chris Brown burrowed over, with the playercoach’s conversion making it a seven point game.
