Game is crying out for proper direction

WHEN Rugby Union made its decision to go professional in 1995 if one of the factors was to grow the game across respective nations then after 27 years it would have to admit that it has failed dismally.
I like many others have been following the trials and tribulations of Rugby Union’s multitude of endeavours in trying to turn each spark into a sustainable flame only for nature to douse any ill conceived efforts.
