Ashton Hewitt can still recall the brace of tries he scored in his last outing for the Dragons – some achievement given the game was on April 3, 2021.
A knee injury picked up in the act of scoring his second try in that European Challenge Cup game against Northampton Saints at Rodney Parade sidelined him for the rest of that season and the whole of the 2021-22 campaign.
