MUCH talk recently about salary cap-hampered English clubs being disadvantaged when they took on the big spenders of the Top 14 in Europe, in which case I would point to the heartening example of little Aurillac, a small town of barely 25,000 souls in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.
