IT is far from ideal that Argentina no longer have a Super Rugby team but I have always maintained the true strength of the Pumas is the ability of their top players to travel the world earning a living and learning new skills and then to gel when they gather in national colours.
It underpinned their glory years in 2007 and 2015 and they are again building a formidable strong group of players ahead of RWC2023.
