European playing field is not level

I AM a neutral fan, but whilst the likes of Leinster are a very fine side what is grossly underreported in the media is the fact the Champions Cup is not anywhere close to a level playing field.
The likes of Leinster get to rest players in their domestic league to focus on Europe and the French clubs have larger salary budgets.
This makes it very hard for the clubs from other participating countries to compete, as is seen in recent seasons, with the Irish and French clubs dominating the latter stages of the competition.
