COVENTRY’S Fred Betteridge has impressed in his breakthrough year at the club and is attracting interest from Saracens and Worcester.
No.8 Betteridge, 21, was released by Northampton at 18 and is determined to prove he belongs in the top tier of English rugby.
He said: “I haven’t had any actual offers from Premiership clubs yet but I have had contact with Saracens and Worcester Warriors. I had a highlights video made from this season and got some interest off those clubs.
“My goal is to play in the Premiership now I’ve had a good season...
