Returning to the old laws is a no brainer

MOST unusually I find myself agreeing with Colin Boag! He asked the question should we go back to the old ruck situation – yes we should, the amount of injuries would be cut by at least 50 per cent.
Nigel Owens, the former world leading referee, suggested cutting out tactical substitution and going back to a 22 drop out for the ball being kicked over the try line by the attacking side. Both are no brainers and should be changed as soon as possible to bring the game back to how it should be played.
