Time for refs to toe the line at lineouts

ELITE level hookers are in many cases standing in the playing area, and in some instances walking into the playing area with the ball in hand, and then throwing in.
It would do the game a great service if from such a lineout a try is scored the assistant referee held their flag up and the try be scrapped, on the basis that it was not a legal throw in.
Referees have a prematch briefing with the front rows and No.9s and should raise the point when talking to the hookers.
