1. Inefficiency

When you’re waiting for a drink at a bar or coffee shop and they’ve got the serving process all wrong and you end up waiting for what feels like years for business at the end of the day and it doesn’t encourage me to go back there if I know I’m going to be hanging one drink … that winds me up. It’s their around for an unnecessarily long time.
