OVER the past few seasons Pat Lam has been proving himself to be one of the best coaches in the northern hemisphere since he took over at Bristol, and arguably in the world.
His journey from Connacht to Bristol has been an enormous success, with the Irish province winning the PRO12 for the first time on his watch in 2016, and now putting the club from the biggest city in the west country within reach of a Premiership title after years of drifting.
