JOHAN Ackermann urged his Cherry and Whites to fight their way out of a rut which is threatening the club’s bid for another top four finish.
Defeat to London Irish at Madejski Stadium means Ackermann’s men have now lost three in a row but the South African believes it is only a matter of time before Gloucester turn things around.
The head coach insisted: “I can’t fault the players for their character, effort and fight but we didn’t play well enough for the 80 minutes and we now have a lot of hard work to do to put things right.
