LEINSTER battled hard to overcome a resolute Benetton side to claim a valuable home quarter-final spot and number one seed status as they aim to take a record fifth European title.
Second-half tries from Caelan Doris and James Tracy helped Leinster to victory – their sixteenth win from sixteen games this season, breaking a record they set in 2000/2001. But they were made to work for the win against Benetton who made life difficult for the Irish province.
