THE SIX Nations have opened preliminary talks aimed at securing the biggest television deal in rugby history that could be worth £750m over five years. As well as inviting bids for rights to the world’s oldest annual international event in any sport, the Six Nations are planning to put a brand new competition on the market by revolutionising the autumn series.
