JOHN Paul ‘JP’ Doyle will become the latest international referee to take charge of the Varsity Match when he controls the 134th clash between Oxford and Cambridge at Twickenham Stadium on Thursday, December 12.
The Irish-born, English professional referee will follow in the footsteps of Welshman Nigel Owens in refereeing one of the greatest amateur fixtures in the world rugby calendar next month.
