BARNSTAPLE made it five wins from five matches as they stretched their advantage at the top of the division.
This week, the league’s in form side saw off the challenge of fellow hopefuls Exeter University and came away with a 36- 16 victory.
Luke Berry got the hosts underway with a try after 14 minutes, before Winston James doubled their advantage, with Kyran McManus converting both efforts.
Ryan Lee crossed for a third time to give his side a comofrtable 21-6 lead at the break.
