Gratton hat-trick maintains Village’s fine start

DAVID Gratton helped himself to a hat-trick as Rhydyfelin beat Rhiwbina 31-25 to continue their 100 per cent winning start to the One East Central campaign. Ross Lucas and Dane Binks also crossed the whitewash in a five-star performance from the Village, who are bidding to bounce straight back up to the Championship after relegation at the end of last season.
Treorchy, who won 25-19 at Porth Harlequins, are the other side to have four wins from four so far.
