CINDERFORD’S Harry Hone’s 15th-minute red card looked to have cost the league leaders dearly as, going into added time, Cambridge were three points ahead but late drama turned the tables.
Mike Mayhew opened the scoring for Cambridge six minutes in as Richie Williams’ side met fire with fire in a physical encounter.
But Hone, five minutes prior to his dangerous tackle, had got the final dot down from the first of many driving mauls to allow Stefan Hawley to edge the visitors in front.
