Taking on the big boys: Richard Hill has led Rouen to two promotions

Richard Hill is a popular Englishman in the French city where Joan of Arc, their national heroine, was burnt at the stake.
Rouen was in English hands in those medieval days and so is their rugby club today with former England scrum-half Hill in charge of a most extraordinary project.
His ambition when he joined them six years ago was to win two promotions and have a club from Normandy in Division Two for the first time.
