IF WILLI Heinz makes the cut for Japan, England’s uncapped scrum-half will complete an alternative New Zealand XV reserved for Europeanbased players. The Gloucester captain’s call up for the second summer training camp suggests he has every chance of squeezing into the final 31 alongside club partner Danny Cipriani.
Unlike Heinz, who qualifies via an English grandmother, another Kiwi scrum-half is understood to be eligible for Ireland.
