New Welsh coaches will inflate payroll

THE PRICE of pre-planning is set to hit the Welsh Rugby Union this summer to the cost of hundreds of thousands of pounds.
With Wales head coach Warren Gatland preparing for one last hurrah at the Rugby World Cup in Japan, the New Zealander’s successor, Wayne Pivac, and his assistants will begin work in July.
Pivac and incoming Wales backs and forwards coaches Stephen Jones and Jonathan Humphreys will all be on the Welsh rugby payroll from next month, but with various start times.
