WELSH World Cup hopes received a boost this week with England-based players available to Warren Gatland for as soon as he wants them this summer.
Premiership clubs had threatened to keep hold of their non-English players as long as they were allowed to – until mid August – due to a feeling that they were being ‘mistreated’ by ‘unfair’ regulations regarding insurance.
