NEW Dragons boss Dean Ryan insists the talent pool in Wales is as big as England and plans to use that to his advantage after crossing the Severn Bridge.
Ryan was confirmed as director of rugby at the struggling Gwent region last week and will also become a board member taking charge of all rugby matters on and off the pitch.
