NEATH had the audacity to take the lead at the Arms Park but paid a heavy price as newlycrowned WRU National Cup winners Cardiff ran in a dozen tries in response.
The Blue & Blacks had plundered 11 tries in their previous home game against thirdplaced Ebbw Vale, so a midweek clash with already-relegated Neath was never likely to present many problems.
