LLANDOVERY came out on top in a mudfest at Church Bank to move up to sixth in the table as they made it back-to-back home wins with victory against Bargoed – continuing their mini-revival after three successive defeats.
The power of their pack carried them through to a win that allowed them to complete the double over a team they beat 62-22 on the opening day of the season.
Referee Richard Deacy issued four yellow cards in a first half that went on for 53 minutes.
