ENGLAND Women topped their pool with wins over Australia, USA and China to progress to the quarterfinals in Dubai but a second day collapse left them in sixth-place finish in Dubai.
Led by captain Abbie Brown, England provided the main talking point of day one when they outfoxed defending champions Australia to land a 26-12 win. Brown, Emma Uren and Ellie Kildunne were on the scoresheet in a wake-up call defeat for the Aussies.
