BRIDGNORTH survived a Nuneaton fightback to claim a narrow victory and move top of the table for the first time this season, as previous leaders Scunthorpe were beaten at Sheffield.
It leaves the top three separated by just a single point, Newport Salop on the heels of the leading pair, Bridgnorth ahead of Scunthorpe on points difference after a 31-28 win.
