WARREN Seals’ late penalty saw Darlington Mowden Park beat Plymouth Albion in a tight and tense contest.
It was Plymouth who started the brighter when, from a catch and drive effort, hooker James Salter produced the try, converted by Fraser Honey.
After a further two minutes, Plymouth were over the home line again, this time winger Jack Arnott broke free on the halfway line, catching his kick ahead to outstrip the retreating home defence.
