BISHOP’S Stortford and Esher played out a cracker despite windy conditions, with the away side winning it late on through Bradley Clements’ try.
Esher looked much livelier early on and deservedly took the lead after 16 minutes with an excellent lineout and maul finished off by prop Matt Lowes.
Shaken into action, Stortford attacked and scored a try out wide through Tom Walker.
Esher scored a second converted try just before half-time, built on their strong mauling pack but scored by Owen Waters after the defence was tied in by forward drives.
