JOSH BAINBRIDGE admits that the arrival of Chris Stirling as Yorkshire Carnegie DoR towards the back-end of last season was a game-changing moment in terms of his future at the club.
While Carnegie trod water as a mid-table Championship outfit with no money to spend and no intention of challenging Bristol for promotion, the tearaway flanker, still only 22, was no different to any of his team-mates in wondering if his Premiership ambitions would ever be fulfilled at Headingley.
