NEALE Harvey’s article on Page 1 last week ought to cause the Kent RFU to sit up and take notice. Sadly, it probably won’t; it will be left to an individual club like OEs to try and change things. I hadn’t realised that Kent was the second biggest county in England in terms of playing numbers. That makes our county’s under-achievement all the harder to accept.
