1. Service station toilets
I do a fair amount of travelling up and down the M1, at least three times a week between my home in Matlock and Cambridge, and it never ceases to amaze me how bad the toilets are. It’s got to the point where I try and hang on and last the journey rather than use service stations.
TRP VERDICT: It’s not a bog-standard answer, I grant you, but good enough nonetheless.
