RICHMONDhave announced a partnership between their community development team and HM Young Offenders Institution, Feltham to bring the benefits of rugby to inmates aged 15 and 18. Richmond’s head of community, Dom Palacio, who heads the initiative, said: “Everyone has been hugely excited about the sessions, and all the young people who have taken part have loved it. The next step is to secure funding for a longer-term strategy.”
