HARTPURY staged a remarkable comeback to head into the final three minutes 21-19 up against high-flying Bedford only to be denied victory by a late Howard Packman try.
Bedford Blues director of rugby Mike Rayer admitted: “That was daylight robbery on our part.
“We were outplayed for 76 minutes of the game to be honest but we have some X-factor players and that proved the difference in the end.”
