CARMARTHEN Quins got back to winning ways, doing enough in the first half to seal the win over an under-strength Bedwas.
Jac Wilson looked to have scored their first try after slipping through the defence, but the referee had already blown to stop an advantage.
But, from the penalty scrum, Lee Taylor forced his way over and Aled Thomas converted.
Bedwas hit back immediately when Steffan Jones kicked a penalty after Quins were offside at the ruck.
