ESHER travelled to Fylde in desperate need of a win and a five-minute spell just after half-time ensured they came away with all five points.
Looking to stave off a potential relegation battle, the visitors were on the back foot for much of the first half, but after leading by three points at the break, they then grabbed two quick tries to effectively seal the victory.
Esher had started well with a score from Joe Beckett after Fylde had lost winger Henry Hadfield to the sin-bin, but the 14 men responded with a powerful rolling maul.
