LOUGHBOROUGH Lightning boosted their outside hopes of a top-four finish with a bonus-point win over Bristol.
Lizzie Adam scored an incredible individual try to open the scoring.
After a powerful handoff the winger ran the length of the field to score on 20 minutes with a stunning turn off pace which left the defence in her wake.
