COVENTRY maintained their position at the top of the table after this performance but they had to come from behind to do it against a spirited Loughborough outfit.
The home side started strongly, winning possession in the Coventry 22 and their early pressure led to a penalty try after just three minutes.
The game became a midfield battle until Coventry scrum-half David Brazier dashed over with 19 minutes played, with Nile Dacres adding a second just three minutes later.
