Briggs is back to guide Irish

NIAMH Briggs returns to the Ireland set-up after missing last year’s tournament because of injury.
The full-back made her comeback at fly-half in the warm-up victory over Wales last week, which represents a good start for new head coach Adam Griggs and skipper Ciara Griffin, with Ireland set to travel to France to take on Les Bleues in their first game on February 3.
Second in the Championship last year, Ireland only missed out on a Grand Slam due to a dramatic last-round defeat to England at Donnybrook, and will be determined to exact revenge in 2018.
