THREE tries in an eightminute purple patch midway through the second half secured a welldeserved win for a youthful Blaydon side.
The visitors, who had trailed at the interval, had just run in a pair of tries themselves to grab the lead and the tide might have turned permanently at that point.
Blaydon hit back immediately though with a Harry Borthwick try after good work by James Cooney, followed by a score from winger Jack Appleton, and finally, replacement Tom Gorman skipped down the other wing to secure the bonus point.
