FIRST, I need to say thank you for the quality (and quantity) of news and articles in The Rugby Paper – really enjoyable.
Noting your address in Wimbledon I am bound to bracket rugby complaints with tennis problems.
Wimbledon has very definite ‘hawk eye’ adjudication – literally to the inch, each side of the lines.
The line, straight and clear is the target – in fact the final word where the referee (umpire) hardly ever overrules it!
