Wanted: Ackermann

GLOUCESTER have got a list of alternatives for their head coach job if they are turned down by South African Johan Ackermann.
Last week Blindside revealed that the Cherry and Whites had offered Ackermann a job, despite him being under contract for another year.

Director of rugby David Humphreys held talks with Ackerman and his club Gauteng two weeks ago, as well as Ackermann’s long time assistant Swys de Bruin, above, who is also now thinking over the offer.

But I am told that if they turn down the offers, Humphreys could turn to current Ireland forwards coach...
