TOM Varndell broke the Premiership tryscoring record but it was the only positive Bristol could take on a miserable night for them.
Varndell’s try took him ahead of Sale’s Mark Cueto in the scoring charts but for the remainder of the game, his side were back at square one, being outclassed as Quins picked up their first away win in the Premiership since May 2016.
