■ WASPS are in the hunt to sign Northampton Saints prop Gareth Denman when his contract runs out at the end of the season.
The 26-year-old, who had spells with Yorkshire Carnegie and his home town club Rotherham Titians, has spent the last three seasons at Franklin’s Gardens.
Denman, above, who has played for England against the Barbarians, has been attracting plenty of interest from Premiership clubs looking to strengthen their squads for next season. Sale Sharks are also believed to be interested in signing Denman as they look to avoid a repeat of falling into...
