Harry Mallinder is on of 13 young players to have signed a new deal with the Northampton Saints.
Son of director of rugby Jim, 19-year-old centre Harry has take the Premiership by storm in recent months since making a match-winning try scoring debut against Glasgow in the Champions Cup.
The other players to have put pen to paper on a new contract are Tom Collins, George Furbank, Rory Hutchinson, Harry Mallinder, Sam Olver, Howard Packman, Will Allman, Sion Bennett, James Fish, Lewis Ludlam, Alex Moon, Jordan Onojaife and Josh Peters.
“The Saints Academy has a history of producing very good players for the first team, particularly in recent years,” Jim Mallinder commented.
“Some of those are among the batch who have signed new deals, while we see plenty of potential for the rest to follow suit in the coming seasons.
“The Academy continues to play an important role for the club, so we’re pleased that their development will continue with the Saints.”
