Wales’ Six Nations campaign is back on track after a 26-23 over Scotland at Murrayfield yesterday.
Following their 21-16 defeat to England in the opening round, Warren Gatland‘s side were in need of a win if they were to have any hopes of challenging for the title.
They did so thanks to tries from Rhys Webb and Jonathan Davies while Leigh Halfpenny kicked 16 points from the tee.
Scotland, too, were looking for their first win of the tournament after going down in Paris last week and they started well with Stuart Hoog running in from 60 yards to score the opening try of the game.
Wales‘ reaction put them 26-16 up before Jim Hamilton went over in the dying seconds to close the gap to only three points after Finn Russell’s conversion.
It seemed like the Scots were to have a chance to clinch it as the clock suggested there was time left for the restart but referred Glen Jackson blew the final whistle.
