Andrew Sheridan has put an end to rumours about a potential retirement saying he is looking for a return to competition next month.
The Toulon loosehead is currently sidelined with a neck injury and head coach Bernard Laporte admitted last week it could be the end of his career.
“I’m not thinking about retiring just yet!” Sheridan said.
“I train in the gym to keep fit and I will have treatment on my neck for another three weeks. I’m hoping to start training on the pitch early next month and playing soon after that.”
